Meet Rachel McCoy

Rachel McCoy, also known as “The Real Estate McCoy,” has been a licensed Florida Realtor® since 2014 and brings a well-rounded background in banking, insurance, marketing, and real estate leadership to every customer she serves.

A Florida Realtors® Board Certified Professional, Rachel is known for combining professional knowledge with a warm, relationship-focused approach. She is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, a Top Producer Award recipient, and has been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters, Season 244, Episode 4. Her industry involvement is extensive, including service as a Florida Realtors® Director, Director with the Realtor® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, and member of the Stellar MLS Board of Directors. 

Rachel also holds several respected real estate certifications and designations, including AHWD, CWS, CLHMS™, ABR, GUILD, and C2EX. These credentials reflect her commitment to serving a wide range of customers, including buyers, sellers, waterfront homeowners, luxury property customers, and those looking for trusted guidance throughout the buying or selling process. 

Originally from Michigan, Rachel moved to Florida when she was just a year old and has called the Sunshine State home ever since. Her passion for real estate comes from helping people find not only the right home, but also a place where they can build meaningful memories. She takes pride in making each transaction feel smooth, informed, and personal from start to finish.
